Region 60 helps host Pasadena Thanksgiving Tournament

Region 60 had the wonderful opportunity to help host Region 13's Turkey Tournament over Thanksgiving weekend on 11/29, 11/30, and 12/1.  As a region that has not fully hosted its own tournament before, we are so thankful for this opportunity entrusted to us and for the many volunteers who stepped up to the challenge to make this tournament a success.

Games for 3 divisions were hosted at Almansor Park - 10U, 12U, and 14U.  Players, their families, and local supporters were able to take advantage of the Cono Loco ice cream truck as well as the delicious food catered by Mamayitas Catering.  We enjoyed seeing families bring their tents and jumbo-sized games to make the most of their time spent with their soccer families.

In the spirit of giving thanks, we are also thankful for the feedback given to us to help make both of our regions better and stronger for many seasons to come.  Thank you to all the volunteer referees who spent lots of time on the field.  We loved seeing your orange, pink, and green uniforms. :)
 
This was the first return of the Pasadena Thanksgiving Tournament since the pandemic and we are honored to have helped facilitate in bringing this back!
