Fee & Registration dates
● Fee: $180 + $25 National Fee
● Dates: March 15-July 15
Early bird discount & dates
● $20 discount
● Dates: March 15-March 31
·Multi-player sibling discount
● 3rd player = $20 off
·Each additional player, (4th , 5th, etc.)= $20 off per player
Refund Policy
Any player who withdraws from the Core program and requests a refund of registration fees paid:
·Prior to June 30, individuals shall be entitled to a full refund of the region fee, less a $30 processing fee
·June 30-August 15: 50% refund of the region fee.
NO REFUNDS/CREDITS AFTER AUGUST 15, except under the following circumstances:
·If the player cannot play due to injury and the player or their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) presents a doctor’s note to that effect, the player shall be entitled to a refund of the region fee after $30 processing fee. Only valid if a player has not received a uniform.
·If the player or their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) moves out of the area before August 31 and proof of a change of address is presented the player shall be entitled to a refund of region fee after $30 processing fee. Only valid if a player has not received a uniform.
·If the region is unable to form a team or place the player on a team in the division for which the player is registered, the player shall be entitled to a refund region fee.
EXTRA Registration fees and dates:
BY INVITATION ONLY
● $675 + Core fee + $25 National Fee
● Season runs from August 2026 - February 2027
● Included in fee:
·Home/Away Kit
·Practice Jersey
·Warm-up suit
·Backpack
·10 hrs. of dedicated skills training to begin in August
·For primary team Goalkeeper- 6 hrs. of dedicated training to begin in August.
·Administrative Cost
EXTRA Refund Policy:
● Refunds must be requested in writing to the Regional Registrar at [email protected].
● Any player who withdraws from the program and, prior to June 30th, requests a refund of registration fees paid, shall be entitled to a refund of remaining fees
after $30 processing fee, national fee of $25.00 and $3.50 per card transaction have been deducted.
● After June 30, there will be no refund.
● The Regional Registrar shall review each refund request and, if appropriate, ask the Regional Treasurer to pay the refundable amount.

Additional Information
Team Requirements:
● Schoolyard Program: 6 Head Coaches, 6 Assistant Coaches and 2 Team Managers
● 6U Teams- 1 Head Coach and 1 Team Manager (may be adjusted to Jamboree play in the event there are not enough volunteer coaches to run the season in a team format)
● 8U-14U: 1 Head Coach, 1 Team Manager and a minimum of 2 referees
